Great party for Sandro e Gianmaria Colonnella, the owners of the Acquapazza fish restaurant: on 7 December the restaurant moved from the seafront to the beating heart of San Benedetto: via Balilla.

Gianmaria Colonnella  since 2009 he has managed the restaurant with his brother Sandro AcquapazzaRoomResturant.

Chef with experience gained in the kitchen and supported by high-level courses, deeply linked to his land, the Marche, in just a few years he conquered the Sambenedettese audience.

In a short time he was able to create an incisive and personal gastronomic language.

“It is often said about my cuisine that it is simple but refined.”

It is very true in the sense that it lacks complication.

Simplicity is the cornerstone of GianMaria Colonnella, as a man and a cook.

The Colonnella brothers, Gianmaria and Sandro, are frequently present at Vinitaly in close collaboration with the Cantina Innocenti di Montalcino.
